    i have learned, think, seen, felt unexplainable feelings. i founded out that if the exercise is done during the time of the morning it tents to exhale that ninja assassin feeling. im going to practice more the spiritual path on Tuesdays and Thursdays i founded out that it connects way more this way to earth than any other. i have learned so much and i cant wait to learn some more.
