Great tips and drills
I ordered this dvd because I was having trouble getting back up to speed on my ukemi. After watching half of the dvd I received enough information to help me try 2 new methods, and I was nearly back to my old skill level. Then I went to watch the rest to help me for my next kyu. The drills are way beyond the expectations that I had when I ordered it.
