My opinion of the 3 in 1 books shodan level

Worth it and so much more. It teaches not only self defense but increases self esteem and self worth as though giving a whole new meaning on why we live. Coming from a developing country, most if not all of what is sold here is next to garbage not surprisingly as we receive the rejected goods from our overseas suppliers. Nevertheless, no amount of money could have been enough to value these books as I do not even need to travel to Japan etc to learn from a Dojo there about the very moves etc that these books and the rest of the products are selling. I am gratefull to be able to buy overseas from authentic dealers as I beleive in maintainig all values whether it be faithfullness or honesty to the best of my ability. With my past Judo experience and the use of other Martial Arts Books which teach stretching etc have boosted my ability to adjust and to adapt and maybe that is why I am so pleased. The missing link from all of those I feel I have found as the techniques though basic are the first rung of the ladder and therefore effective when learnt and applied correctly. This new skill has helped me at work, given me self confidence and self respect of what I may have taken for granted or trivialised.Thank you so much and as I have promised my next target is the Blackbelt course when I will get my money back or tax return this year. Thank you!
